King's Minority Owner Arrested on Various Charges

Minority owner Bob Hernreich, a name I'm only vaguely familiar with, was arrested in Colorado on misdemeanor domestic violence and harassment charges on Thursday, reports the Denver Post. Hernreich has since put out a press release on the matter, denying violence of any sort.
Hernreich's been involved in some of the arena negotiations in the past; if memory services, he was a point-guy on the doomed talks with Angelo Tsakopoulus. I doubt he's terribly involved in any sort of day-to-day operation within the franchise.
Anyone care to guess which local news program will run this as the top story at 5 p.m.? Did you say all of them?

"An owner of the Sacramento Kings arrested on domestic violence charges, we'll tell you who at 11..."
So people will spend the rest of the night wondering which Maloof it was.
