Minority owner Bob Hernreich, a name I'm only vaguely familiar with, was arrested in Colorado on misdemeanor domestic violence and harassment charges on Thursday, reports the Denver Post. Hernreich has since put out a press release on the matter, denying violence of any sort.

Hernreich's been involved in some of the arena negotiations in the past; if memory services, he was a point-guy on the doomed talks with Angelo Tsakopoulus. I doubt he's terribly involved in any sort of day-to-day operation within the franchise.
