Kimsha Artest has not filed for a restraining order against Ron Artest, according to The Bee. The five-day temporary restraining order automatically placed against him due to the arrest has expired, which means Ron can go home.

Of course, he's in Cleveland, set to begin the long road trip tonight against the Cavs. The team doesn't return to Sacramento until a week from tonight, which means Ron will have gone a full two weeks without seeing his kids (unless they visited on the sneak this past week).

This issue hasn't blown over, but if it makes sense to say it's 'blowing over,' well then... it is.
