grant napear. wow.

As if he hadn't already gotten all the stupid out of his system in the first two hours and 55 minutes, he spent the last five poking fun at the lions and their qb situation and the way their franchise is run and saying the raiders are lucky to be facing them early as a confidence boost. Ummm, kitna threw for more than 4000 yards and now has a ridiculously good new option in Calvin Johnson. That's a much worse situation than having 3 qb's who last year threw for less than 4000 yards combined. I'm driving home to southern California, where my sports radio hosts are laker homers with downs syndrome, autism, and narcissistic personality disorders and I still feel bad for the sactown brethren. Depressing.

Re: grant napear. wow.
I once heard a caller ask Grant if he should start Terry Allen at running back on his fantasy team and Grant went off on a tirade for 10 minutes about how stupid the caller was, how stupid fantasy football was and that Terry Allen was retired and not even in the league any more. He could probably gain more of an audience by at least answering the guys question and not disrespecting him and secondly by knowing that Terry Allen had signed a contract with the Saints 3 weeks previously and was starting due to injury. I find myself changing the channel a lot with Grant and Mike on the air, I love AM 1320 for the most part although I'm done hearing about Mike Vick.
We are slipping into the NBA abyss.

Re: grant napear. wow.
Me too.

Frankly I'd like to pimp slap him.& Starbury too for his remark on CNN tonight that:
"In some circles...dogfighting is a sport"....

Uhmmmm....que?Fine. Claro. Than let's put you in the ring with 10 pitbulls and see what happens.

& the diss on the Lions?Is that a justification from Grant(KHTK); for being such (a) Raider's homer(s)?

(disclaimer:Not that I should talk, doing a fundraiser in Stockton for the Boy's & Girl's Club with the cover band RB/X with Jim Plunkett as the guest of honor).

I'm sorry pookey....
Am I frustrating you?Perhaps you'd prefer German or Portuguese mixed in with your good-ol' Americana?

Re: I'm sorry pookey....
Actually then I wouldn't have any idea what you were saying. So no. Stick with the Spanglish. At least I know when you're cursing at me.

Re: I'm sorry pookey....
lol....not cursing at you exactly.More cursing at the world.Or perhaps Grant.

Things I love about Grant:His play-by-play isn't bad. I like his sarcasm, actually. In the moment I can relate to his descriptions of play-by-play.

Things I loathe about Grant:The Condensating attitude  expressed towards King's Fans on KHTK.A little humility wouldn't hurt at times.Or respect shown to those willing to be on hold when they probably have other things they could be doing.

& of course....a Sactown Royalty Show.Could boost ratings and be good business for KHTK as well.
