'The Greatest Tragedy in Sports'

I think this has not been posted here yet and I thought it might be a nice kickoff for the new season.

Nicely edited and with a brilliant selection of the music background, this serial maps the highs and lows of the Kings dynasty, focusing on the Western finals 2002, but making some detours also to the 80's , bitching constantly about David Stern and the way he has put the NBA (and about the means he used for that). One can see it as a mix of complains and cries, one can see it as very touching videos with a great work done in terms of editing.

The links : (8 parts so far, hence put in the fanposts)

Part 1 / About the genesis of LA/Sac rivalry

Part 2 / The draft in 85 and some conspiracies about the lottery

Part 3 / Creation of media stars (Jordan to Kobe/Shaq) with goal to develop NBA commercially

Part 4 / Sactown up to 2002

Part 5 / The Western Finals up to the game 6

Part 6 / Game 6 (very nice)

Part 7 / Game 6 and the Western Finals continued (perhaps the best part)

Part 8 / Reference through Tim Donaughy's allegations
