"Now, as we look to the Sacramento Kings, things start to get a bit more interesting. Sac-to has a budding star in Kevin Martin, a veteran, versatile big in Brad Miller, and a couple more quality starters in Beno Udrih and Francisco Garcia. Mikki Moore, the fifth starter, is definitely serviceable. This team won 38 games in the West a season ago, and with the distractions named Mike Bibby and Ron Artest compeltely out of the picture, could the Kings make a run at the eight seed? I think they can, but a lot would have to go right for them."

What's wrong with optimism?

If you’re going to be optimistic, I say do it with young talented fellows.

No mistakes in the tango, darling. Not like life. It's simple. That's what makes the tango so great. If you make a mistake, and get tangled, you tango on

There’s nothing wrong with optimism, but the problem is that this guy has no idea what he’s talking about. Cisco’s not a starter – Salmons will start at the three – which isn’t a bit deal except that is shows that this guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about from the outset. Then, Mikki Moore is hardly serviceable – he’s probably statistically one of the the worst starting PFs in the league, if not the worst. Look, realistically, the Kings could have an very long-shot at making the playoffs, but that won’t happen because of the five guys listed here…the only way it’ll happen is if there’s huge progress in our young guys on the bench – Thompson, Greene, Hawes and Cisco…frankly, if Thompson isn’t starting (because he plays his way into the starting job) after 30 games we’re not making the playoffs.
