No, no the South Eastern Conference, but the Securities & Exchange Commission, who have filed a lawsuit against Cuban for possible insider trading.
Bummer, I really like Cuban - I hope it's not true.

Why he would even consider such a ploy
He’s one of the few who made a mega fortune off the dot com bust. And he’s probably at worst involved in some complicit fashion. I, too, like Mark Cuban cuz he’s got a big mouth. I respect someone like him who knows it.

Martha Stewart did time not for the act, but for lying about it. If Cuban did this and cops to it, he’ll pay an incredible fine but he will do no time.
