In Sacramento, the Kings responded to Kevin Martin's absence by playing 6-11 rookie Jason Thompson alongside 7-footers Mikki Moore and Brad Miller in the frontcourt. While Thompson has had some trouble chasing smaller players around the perimeter, the lineup has seemed to give the Kings some much-needed rebounding help, and in fact they've played reasonably well, given Martin's absence and their general talent level.

Can't say it's accurate to argue the "big" lineup is successful since the team is 1-3
I think it’s interesting that Hollinger noted the Kings were doing it though.
No mistakes in the tango, darling. Not like life. It's simple. That's what makes the tango so great. If you make a mistake, and get tangled, you tango on
Yeah
Hollinger probably overlooked that in his analysis. :)
I don’t think he’s arguing that the lineup is sucessful (winning), just that “they’ve played reasonably well, given Martin’s absence and their general talent level”. You can play well and still lose, right? We lost to Detroit, Phoenix, and San Antonio.
The Kings have been in close games since then
They just can’t seem to finish.
I dont think it was an endorsement
He seemed to be just pointing out a possible trend. ie, The Magic have been successful, the Kings not as much, and Toronto remains to be seen. New Jersey has the personnel for it, and Atlanta would like to do it, but are to thin with the big men.
All the Kings need now is a finisher
K-Mart, PLEASE come back! Also, keep JT in the starting line-up!
You can't have both
Let's go home.-Kevin Martin

Mikki is apparently injured for a spell
So if Speed comes back soon, we can have our cake and eat it too.
Don't say things like this
