Game #13: Kings at Hornets

Sacramento Kings at New Orleans Hornets, Nov 19, 2008 5:00 PM PST

The Kings could lose by 435 points and it would not be as much of a personal affront as that ugly Memphis loss.

Save Reggie Theus, save the world.

Go Kings.

5PM PST.

Just compete.

Plain and simple.

I will be happy if the guys we have playing today put some effort out in the court. I know we’re down 3 players, but that should not be an excuse to play the way we did yesterday. Just play hard and energetic.

and for the love of Theus…DEFEND THE 3!

Stay positive sac!!

Look, the team is young and they are obviously going to go through some growing pains. I been a fan before we the Webber days when there wasn’t much to root for. Stay positive and back your team! I been hearing a lot of negative things and I on the other hand prefer to sit back and enjoy watching these young guys develop. Greene looks good in his first serious chance! Hawes and Thompson gives you glimpses of the future and not to mention the emergence of Kevin Martin…just be patient and watch these young guys learn and play!! You can’t expect a championship this season so what else can you do? Things will turn around.

earlier today i told a hornets friend of mine the kings wouldn’t play horribly two nights in a row. i didn’t predict a win, but i’m glad i was right and they got the win.

other than 3-point shooting (which was atrocious last night) it looks like a pretty even game…hornets +2 on rebounds, the teams even on assists and turnovers, very similar FG percentage.
