That was such
a sweet move.
Ball movement ... is like jogging for most people: They do it occasionally, and it makes them happy. Then they go back to not doing it. - Henry Abbott

Napear: "Going in to the final timeout what did the coach tell you?"
Bibby: "I asked the coach if I should go and he said, I don't really know what he said."

Scary that a white guy did that isn't it?
Scares the shit outta me, and I am a white guy.

Still think he's a mistake Carl?
I mean geesh. Who expected this kind of turnaround so quickly for this guy? (I didn’t. I was prepared to be patient with him, out of necessity.)

Nope
I was absolutely, 100% and in all other ways dead wrong about Hawes. He’s already better than I thought he could be. That doesn’t mean I accept all the three point shots (40% from there won’t last), but he’s an incredible steal at that point in the draft. Joakim Noah is three years older and is shooting 36% as a starter. Absolute steal.

Yup Yup
I’m with you. I didn’t want him either. But looking back, it was the Brad Miller comparison’s that really scared me. I didn’t want 10 years of Brad Miller deux.

I hate to say I told ya so, but...
I told ya so. (Not you, Pookey.) I remember going back and forth with folks last year about this kid’s potential. I said it then; I’ll say it now. I belive that he can be 20/10/4/2 guy in his prime, (which I don’t thnk we will see for a little while.) He’s never been the goofy, unathletic white guy so many wanted him to be. Somebody compared him to Walton. Maybe. But I think that he can be a better scorer than Big Bill.

And you're a blogger
You don’t have to be a “minimum” age to be a blogger. Just, ahem, smart. And a Kings fan. :P
