Kings Tanking ???

PrintI just want to know what you guys think. Ever since the All-Star break I had very high hopes for this team. I didn't expect us to get into the playoffs. But I did expect us to at least be around .500 right now with our standings. I'm even more pissed than I was last season because last season we never really played good against hard teams, but this season we showed just how tough we can be against GREAT teams. The team also made it fun to watch them again and they never give up until the final horn. When I look at this team now I don't see or feel the desire they had in the beginning of the season.

Tanking?
Theus don't play Artest, Martin, Brad, Beno in the 4th quarter of a close game and gambles on
Douby, Garcia, Salmons, S.Williams and S.Hawes.
Another version of tanking is activating K9 (woof!) and putting him in the rotation.
No Evidence of tanking.
Now that the team is all but out of the playoff picture, it will become a real challenge for Theus to keep the team motivated and playing at a high level. Some players will just want the season to end, while others will focus on their personal stats.
With a majority of the players, there will be a feeling of uncertainty and apprehension.
No, we're not "tanking" but the result may be about the same as if we were--bunches of losses
