Is definitely right. I think the logic being that Beno, despite at times feeling expendable, has pretty comparable statistics to some pretty solid guards.

The nail and the hammer, meeting at last
On a decent team though, there's 10 minutes for PGs beside the starter. Usually, that'll be a veteran. That Beno was able to play a lot of minutes as a rookie PG on a good team (despite what happened the next two years) is impressive. That he's now looking quite a bit less good than never-All Star Mike Bibby at the same age ... it's worth our patience.
