NCAA finals.

Wow.

Just wow. Heartbreaking loss for Memphis.  I rooted for them since their NBA team sucks so badly.  I wanted a win for the Memphis fans who love basketball.  The fans deserved the win.

Congrats to Kansas though, they ground out a tough win in overtime.

Which players proved themselves in the tournament?  Which ones choked?

Did Derrick Rose live up to your expectations?  Is Super Mario NBA ready?

WTH does MOP mean?  Seriously.  I'm almost as confused by this as I am by the Peaches banging a stewardess question posed by rbiegler and section214.

signed,
-Clueless as usual.

I'm guessing
MOP = Most Outstanding Player.

I thought pookey's guy (Arthur) may have helped himself a little tonight.

rbiegler asked Peaches what it was like to bang a stewardess, but I answered it for him. ;)

I'm for alot of people actually at this point
And if Arthur did good in the tourney great. I don't care where his stock is at today anyway. By the last week of June we'll know alot more about where alot of guys stand.

OK, Grincheyguru...
when are you going to put up a diary on the college season and interesting picks in the draft?

I know you've got (at least) one in you!

Pretty please?

God bless you, Corliss. You always played as though you knew how expensive my tickets were. -section214

I do not follow college
and I only grade prospects based on my instincts. Sometimes I'm wrong (Chris Paul, Ike Diogu) too. Sometimes I'm right (Danny Granger, Andrew Bynum--yes I thought he had all star caliber potential in 2005). It's as much a crap shoot as anything. I think Petrie needs to take a need position and get a player with upside, or skills that heavily augment the heavily offensive team already in place (shot blocking, high rebounding rates, low post defense).

Thanks anyway, Pook.
I should have remembered that you don't follow college.

But you are still salarycapguru.

Arthur
He's starting to grow on me a little.  With his athleticism and his ability to hit that turnaround jumper on the block, he seems to have a lot of potential
