According to Rivals, Ty Lawson, will drop out of the 2008 NBA Draft and return to North Carolina for another year, along with fellow teammates Wayne Ellington, Danny Green, and Tyler Hansbrough.  Lawson was largely projected to be picked in the late first round in most mock drafts.

"The process of testing the waters has given me valuable information about my draft status, and I have decided it would be better to return to school," Lawson said in the release.

  So, I guess that puts more pressure on the Kings to pick a PG with their #12 pick, since there's not many talented PGs projected later in the draft.
