Ron Ron's Defense
Last night Ron was on the Carmichael Dave show. Ron neither confirms nor denies the meeting between him, his agent, and GP. He does however, discuss how he thinks he is in the same class as Kobe and CP3, why he is a total jerk, and how he has to provide for his family which will soon include more mini Ron's runnin' around. Listen and enjoy:

"Ron Ron's Defense"
And that’s today’s oxymoron, replacing “Mikki’s hands.”

Ron sounds reasonable in my opinion
But he also sounds like long term security is his number one priority. The time is to deal him now as far as I’m concerned, but that is always been my point of view.
No mistakes in the tango, darling. Not like life. It's simple. That's what makes the tango so great. If you make a mistake, and get tangled, you tango on
Reasonable, or Ron Ron Reasonable
I’ll concede to the latter, but for me to agree to the former he must stop including himself in the same category as CP3/Kobe
I might also add that Jessica Alba is a championship piece, if he thinks Ron is too, more power to him. ;p -Kfan in Korea
That's part of the Ron Ron packagel; take it or leave it

Indeed
I’ll leave it. Trade him.

Ron Ron
How can we really blame him for saying that this is the wrong move for him. He had a good year last year and definitely would have been worth a lot more than 8 mil a year. Im glad he’s still on the team, and i really glad that he has more court sense than business sense.
Lakers suck!
i think the point here
is that opting-in is something he (and his agent) should have been considering for quite some time. To be faced with a decision like this months in advance, to have the objective evidence staring you in the face for chrissakes we tried to trade him for Kleiza and a pick, and then to start second-guessing his decision essentially the same day?
No pity from me, sorry Ron. I’m glad you’re here so that we can get something out of you, but it’s your own damn fault.
