Artest's Character Speaks for Itself
Charley Rosen of Fox sports on Ron saying not opting out was a big mistake
This statement either means that Artest's brain-power is of the lowest wattage possible, or he's a genius since he's guaranteed himself a nice fall-back paycheck while at the same time forcing the Kings to trade him. Don't be surprised if he lands with the Lakers.
It should also be noted that the first option is the most probable given Artest's last-minute plea to be included on the USA Olympic basketball squad. After bragging on his skills, Artest added "my character speaks for itself," according to ESPN.com.
Exactly.
So he's not crazy, he's just--what do they call those dim light bulbs?--energy efficient.

my ridalin subscription ran out...
Those energy efficient light bulbs, the cfl’s, contain small amounts mercury which is, of course, poisonous. If they break, they have to be disposed of carefully. I should also mention you are not supposed to throw them away but recycle them. No one seems to know where to recycle them at though….I was trying to make “cfl’s” a metaphor for Ron Ron but I lost where I was going with this. I guess they are both great to have as long as they don’t break and they are both a little hard to get rid of. Yeah… maybe it’s a stretch.

I'll buy that analogy, you just got a little lost in the middle there. :-)
I might also add that Jessica Alba is a championship piece, if he thinks Ron is too, more power to him. ;p -Kfan in Korea

Ron-Ron
Sometimes I think he is crazy like a fox. Other times I just thing he is crazy. They probably should have let him play Hancock instead of Will Smith.

LOL
No mistakes in the tango, darling. Not like life. It's simple. That's what makes the tango so great. If you make a mistake, and get tangled, you tango on

Energy efficient
Sure he’s energy efficient, until you throw your drink at him. Then he’ll blow a fuse and light the house on fire.
Lakers suck!

Well, you know that's the thing with those mercury light bulbs
When they break, they fill the house with poison gas and you have to leave.
