Barnes and Evans
are working on their sixth team in six years (each!). Hopefully Jones can find a home with the Nugs.

Matt Barnes wasn't cut like Dahntay Jones was
He was traded to the Sixers along with Chris Webber. (Personally I wish it hadn’t been so, but that’s the way it was.)

I still don't understand
Why we let Dahntay Jones, or Justin Williams go. They both play with such high intensity and are so fun to watch. But then again I don’t sit at every (or any for that matter) Practice, team-function, etc.

We had to take on
3 players for Bibby to make the salaries match, and you can’t have more than 15 players under contract during the season, so we had to cut 2 players and they were the only one’s without guaranteed contracts. Though I guess we could have cut Beno. There really was no choice. And look at our roster now. We’ve got 15 again, so who’d you cut loose to keep them around now? No room for any more end of the bench guys.

Dkons has the marginal talent player crush
You respect a guy like Jones for going after his dream that when it doesn’t come true consistently it irritates you.
