This has been a problem...
…over the entirety of the Olympics. There is no reason to tape delay coverage that is going to go until midnight or 1am anyways. Show it live, from 5pm to 10pm.

I'm curious
On Dish Network, we have the HD Olympic Basketball channel. I’ve been watching the games live while I’m getting ready for work. Today’s game was at 7:00am instead of the usual 5:00am gametime we’ve had for the other games, so I was already out the door. None to this point have been tape delayed on that patricular channel, I’ve watched them all live.
Anyone know if today’s game was shown on that channel? If so, I have no complaints but will certainly empathize with my brothers who don’t have access to that feed.
As an aside, I was listening to the game on KNBR 1050 on the way to work. Once I got to the office, I listened to the 1050 feed online for quite a while. Right near the 4th quarter though, KNBR blocked the online feed, saying it wasn’t available. WTF? They wait until the game’s nearly over to turn off the feed?
