Bonzi Wells averaging 46.8 ppg in China
Just for fun...

Awesome quote
Bonzi’s only pulling in 40gs for playing in China, but he’s averaging 46.8 points per game. A guy like Kobe might get $50 mil to ball in Europe, but if a Chinese team offered him $2 million and the chance to average 2000 points per game which do you think he would pick?
Funny how Bonzi attributes scoring 40s because of the system and not even acknowledging how bad the league in China probably is. No wonder he’s not playing in the NBA anymore.

Just wait
until he re-negotiates his way down to a rec. league. Then his numbers should really take off.

I am going to see him play on Sunday night in Shanghai
and I will post a full report here, with pictures (we need something to distract us from this season).
Also, one thing I should note, Bonzi is playing in Shanxi, which is the absolute middle of nowhere. I have been living here for 4.5 years and I had to look it up on a map to figure out where it was, and apparently Bob Weiss is his coach. How the hell they ended up there I will never know. Honestly its like going to America and playing in Boise, or Shaboigan.
