I've said it before, and I'll say it again

Once the fat kid, always the fat kid.

Seriously though, I kinda feel bad for Sean May because it really does seem like his personality doesn’t mesh with the other guys for some reason. This is particularly strange since it appears that Jon Brockman, of all people, is apparently fitting in just fine with these guys. Maybe Sean is just too cerebral for them. Does anyone know what subject his degree is in? I bet it’s something like Psychology, and he’s always making Carl Jung jokes and stuff.

Don't know why I know this but

his degree is in African American History

OMG

Who cares! So Sean May would rather be at home playing xbox or ps3 or whatever rather than eating with his teammates one night. I mean look, May is the odd kid out, He was brought it because he was cheep and we needed depth, if Brock was 6 foot 10 i bet May isn’t even signed. This is Mays last chance in the NBA, May knows this, his teammates know this, and he wanted to chill for a second. Gosh who cares about what degree he has, he didn’t even expect him self to be in this position; i’m sure he thought he was going to be a star in the NBA so he choose something which he can get C’s in to keep his NCAA eligibility. That’s like caring what Shaq or VC got their degree in. Hawes is only finishing it because his parents are making him (and he’s only 21 and doesn’t know any better), same with Kevin Love.

May will play when JT or Hawes is in foul trouble or needs a blow, or are injured, that’s it.

my thoughts

I have no idea if this is the case but maybe Sean May knows this might be his last chance to prove himself to the NBA so he’d rather keep to himself & focus only on basketball. I’m sure he is still on a strict diet & doesn’t wana be out with the “fellas” where he can screw that up with a cheeseburger or maybe a beer or two. Stick to the script Big May it’s ok to enjoy your young nba life like the others are doing but maybe not when your career is hanging in the balance.

And then Brockman tweeted @ may and said

“It was an after appearance dinner. If you came to casino night you could have come”

by Josh L on Oct 13, 2009 2:22 PM PDT reply actions

And that was preceded by:

Sean May: @MrJonBrockman damn! I like to eat dinner … I guess I’m not in yalls circle ! See how it’s. I’m getting left out by a rook. Wow

Victory is tasty.

HAHAHAHA

“Damn, I like to Eat Dinner” should be May’s new nickname. DILTED for short.

With all this twitter talk between our bigs

I wonder…. where’s Kenny Thomas? Is like he doesn’t even exist. Are we sure he’s still alive? Maybe he wants to go to dinner too.

The future begins now...

Kenny probably owns Twitter.

same night JT, Donté and I believe Reke were out for dinner too.
