I guess it does not matter now but
how do you do the bench press with an exercise ball? Is he saying he was laying on the ball face up with a bar bell over him when the ball exploded? What’s the max load these balls can handle? Sounds like he simply over loaded the bastard. Oh man. It must have went off like a bomb!
I doubt he wasn't doing anything that hasn't been done before
I’m guessing that JT can lift a lot more than Cisco, plus he weighs more than Cisco. He probably did the same exercise if its part of their training regimen.
