Nice

He’s already starting to convert some “experts”, because around draft time you have to believe it would’ve been near unanimous for BG.

Yep

Reke will put up some great stats, and open a lot of eyes. Blake Griffin will too, I suspect, but I think the performance of Reke will weigh in heavily vs how well Griffin does and how well the Clippers do respectively.

gotta say

That if either of them get their team into the range of playoff contention, that their team’s success will count heavily.

The clips actually have a mix of

youth and experience that would make a 35-40 win season very doable. The Kings not so much. Hell the Clips have a former all-star and a former defensive player of the year. The Kings have …

Slamson

What's the past tense for "scam"? Is it "scrumped"?

Stephen Curry? Seriously?

I don’t know what Kenny is thinking. He’ll score in this league, maybe a lot but can he do anything else at all at this point?
Also No Way in Hell with Nellie up to his ‘head games’ version of coaching.

Flynn I suppose has a chance if he ends up thier starting PG – whic seems unlikely with Sessions just signed.

My guess is some version of Griffin, Tyreke and someone not mentoned who’ll break out for one reason or another as the top 3.

So imitate the action of the tiger!.

it has been a while

but I could see co-RoYs this year

by betweentheeyes on Oct 21, 2009 7:29 PM PDT up reply actions   0 recs

I could see that.

Evans will put up the best stats. Griffin might be the difference that sends the Clips to the Playoffs. When was the last time? Brand and Francis off the top of my head?

Elton Brand & Steve Francis if I remember correctly

Before them, Grant Hill & Jason Kidd.

You have to keep in mind

one of those votes was from C-Webb.
He might be a little biased based on trying to avoid awkwardness.

After Griffin and Evans,

Terrence Williams is my sleeper for 3rd. He should get minutes on a dreadful Nets team, and he will get some of the east coast love that doesn’t make the cross country trip for Blake and ’Reke.

I don't see it

He’s stuck behind two studs in Lee and Douglas-Roberts.

Pre-Season All-Rookie Team?

Tyreke for sure (15.2 PPG, 5.4 RPG, 5.2 APG/4.0 TOPG, 1.0 SPG, .8 BPG). And with experiences, the turnovers will go down. But he’ll still lead the team in turnovers. Which is fine for how much he’ll have the ball in his hands. And once he starts getting foul calls, his points will explode. He’s just so in control near the basket it doesn’t even look like he gets fouled.

Alright the rest of my team:

Blake Griffin (14.7 PPG, 8.5 RPG, 2.3 APG, 1.7 SPG)
DeJuan Blair (14.7 PPG, 8.2 RPG, 1.3 APG, 1.7 SPG, in only EIGHTEEN MPG)
Jeff Teague (15.4 PPG, 5.0 APG, 2.0 RPG, 1.2 SPG)
Brandon Jennings (11.6 PPG, 6.3 APG/2.86 TOPG, 2.7 RPG, 1.6 SPG)
