Mike Bibby autographed jersey

Star-divide

This is my very first fanpost athough i have been a member of the Sactown Royalty community for a little more than a year. I know this is not worthy of a fanpost here at STR! especially since we have Ziller, and section214, and Aykis16, Exhibit G, and all the other great editors that we have, but can anyone help me validate if this is really Mike's signature? I plan on purchasing this jersey from a co worker, but he has no proof that Mike actually signed it he says he got it as a gift. So if i can get any insight it would be greatly appreciated!. Oh i almost forgot welcome back Ziller.

I'm curious how an editor at StR would know what Mike Bibby's signature looks like

But, maybe I’m cynical on this issue.

No mistakes in the tango, darling. Not like life. Simple. That's what makes the tango so great. If you make a mistake, and get all tangled up, you just tango on.....

You, cynical? Never!

I’m an expert on all signatures, pookey. You know this. That being said, I think the picture is too poor quality for my skills.

Jokes aside, slamson, your best bet would be to ask your co-worker if the two of you could go to a reputable sports memorabilia dealer and see if they can compare or authenticate the item. Doing that would give you a lot more peace of mind that if any of us were to say “Yeah, that looks like Bibby’s signature!”

Sorry man, I'm pretty sure that says "Frank Bilby"

Still might be a good addition to your collection though.

Does the jersey smell like weed?

I can’t say that just that smell confirms it, but if it doesn’t, it’s definitely not Bibby’s.

Is the jersey surrounded by a posse?

If so, it’s an authentic Bibby jersey.

After thought -

If I send you $26, would that make me classier than Mike Bibby?

did anybody

catch that “pawn stars” episode where this dude comes in and tries to sell his prized piece in his gun collection (which he claims was from the 1700’s) because his wife was pissed at him for spending $800 on it from an estate sale? The reaction was priceless when he found out that it was a knock-off worth $75-100=) lol…
