Time to give credit
2009-2010
I think its time to give some credit out here.
First geoff petrie, he's done (in my opinion). a hell of a job putting nice pieces in place. evans casspi hawes jt etc
Beno, he could have been a distraction, a pouter(don't know if I spelled that correctly) and lazy, ecspecially after getting a DNP in the first game. He hasn't and to his credit has played very well and accepted his role. he's even made huge plays down the strech in both our victories.
And to kmart, you made the right descion ( even though lava twat G napier doesn't think so.
finally coach Westphal, has done a great job he plays the players who he thinks will help, and doesn't care about the past. keep it up coach.

I love that Westphal doesn't pay seem to pay attention to other coaches "black-lists".
He seems to be actually taking this team as his own. He is letting players know that this is a new regime, so they’re all kind of starting from scratch. It’s pretty awesome
... Now let me show you why they call me the Velour Fog...
Including K-9
He’s played pretty well whenever Coach puts him in. Especially defensively.

Donte & K9 are the 2 biggest beneficiaries of a quality coach IMHO

I thought Donté played well last night becuse he did what the coach wanted
him to do and didn’t try to do too much. I’m sure if he started to freelance he would have gotten the hook immediately. The fact that Westphal put him in the game has as much to do with Kevin’s absence as with the fact (I’m guessing) is that he’s starting to do what the coach who is working with him wants him to do. I have no doubt that if he continues to play like he did last night he will get minutes. If he reverts to form it’s back to the pine.

Westphal
Westphal and his coaching staff truly deserve a lot of credit. He has installed professionalism and accountability and a winning attitude, and it’s starting to reap benefits.

Reminds me of Rick Adelman--(Yes, I'm tired of that)

I'm tired of repeating it
because I wish I could find a way to accurately describe what it is PW’s staff is doing that I like. The best I can come up with is a narrow analogy to Rick Adelman and his staff.

You could compare him to
Qui-Gon Jin.
And, hey sacman, love the enthusiasm, but at least capitalize the players’ names out of respect even if you don’t care about grammar.

yeah
Probably correct on the grammer, But Im a electronics engineer not an english teacher.
Don't you capitalize your own name
like when you sign things?
It’s not hard to find the shift key. There are two of them. ;-)

What I really like is
after our awful start with Sean May & Mason starting he wasn’t stubborn like Theus. He saw it wasn’t working & made the change. i was pretty upset with him at the start of the memphis game(mainly because I was an eye witness to it) & told myself I wouldn’t watch another game until Hawes & nocioni/caspi was in the starting line up. So congrats to Westphal for being an intellegent coach instead of a stubborn one
He has been pretty flexible
& willing to correct his mistakes. But, I do hope he eventually establishes some type of fixed rotation.
