Well, maybe I'm being a bit Evans-biased here, but it's nice to find out that I'm not the only person who believes Brandon Jennings is the worst thing to come out of Italy since Mussolini.

and here I was going to say Madonna

indirectly the US version, of course (Madonna Louise Veronica Ciccone (Ritchie).)

Brandon Jennings is the worst thing to come out of Italy since Mussolini.

Disagree heavily

But I’ve never been pro-NCAA. Even though I don’t agree with everything Sonny Vaccaro says, I do agree with the overall totality of his message up to this point.

Jennings is a rookie like anyone else. If Jennings isn’t a rookie, than neither was Tony Parker, Boris Diaw, Omri Casspi, Peja Stojakovic, Vlade Divac or many others who came before they were 25 years old.

I agree that being older than 25 should make you ineligible for rookie voting though.

By his logic

then players such as Rudy Fernandez or Marc Gasol shouldn’t be considered rookies either; they’ve been in Europe even longer than Jennings

My view on rookie of the year eligibility is that you should be under 25 and was drafted/or young when you came into the league

That’s it & I’m sticking to it.

Wouldn't

just saying a rookie=first year in the league, regardless of where you came from and or age. Cuss me out if i’m wrong.

No cause it was still his first real season of NBA play

Hence the reason i don’t like the drafted part of the reasoning. He never played a game in what would of been his rookie season, so it never existed. He was an NBA player because he was drafted, but of the equivelant of being sent straight to the D-League.

No

but Oden is really 35. That’s the problem
