is that they are totally stagnant and I think it’s because Rose is still struggling with when to be assertive and when to play a secondary role and they actually miss Ben Gordon’s unlimited range and the constant threat he posed to defenses – that he could go off for 10 or 12 straight points at any moment. So they lack anyone explosive or aggressive with the ball and now Salmons doesn’t have as many easy threes and he doesn’t get the ball in the same position where the defense is recovering or more focused on the guards attacking off the dribble.
