Aren't you glad we don't have this guy anymore
" There's a reason Salmons' assist rate, which has always been impressive for a swingman, has plummeted to a career low: He's become an island in the Bulls' offense."

What I'm seeing when I watch the Bulls
is that they are totally stagnant and I think it’s because Rose is still struggling with when to be assertive and when to play a secondary role and they actually miss Ben Gordon’s unlimited range and the constant threat he posed to defenses – that he could go off for 10 or 12 straight points at any moment. So they lack anyone explosive or aggressive with the ball and now Salmons doesn’t have as many easy threes and he doesn’t get the ball in the same position where the defense is recovering or more focused on the guards attacking off the dribble. He’s kind of reverted back to the player that we got tired of as a King.
I have no new thoughts -
so I will just regurgitate this old one.

Thanks for the re-tread Section
Those are my sentiments as well. From the thread, most everyone was eager to lose in order to facilitate the rebuilding process and put us in position to draft that stud that would become The One. Perhaps our dreams have come true.

I missed that the first fly by.
That was brilliant supported by brilliant and summed up by brilliant.
I want to watch a team with Iverson, Salmons, Artest, and Brand before I die. That would undoubtedly be immediately before I die (ie the cause of my death).
Lower their expectations and rise to met them
Salmons is what he is
His game hasn’t really ever changed, and it can be good in the right situation – he was clutch for that team last year after the trade. Unfortunately, the Bull’s team doesn’t really suit his game – as he is playing it right now – and he just has never been a good one to make adjustments.
Getting rid of Ben Gordon
Was the biggest mistake they could have made. He was their clutch guy. Huge mistake.
