Casspi frustrating the Blazers…Tyreke has been in foul trouble. A lot of contribution from almost everyone. Blazers offense is stagnant and they are missing a lot.

Obv. that doesn't quite constitute "shooting us out"
But since he was basically the entire offense in the 1st half when his shots stopped falling things got pretty tight
