the Cavs exposed the weaknesses of the Lakers the Kings exploiting

Odom has been mediocre, Fisher ineffective and the bench weak. They are playing Morrison who is their weakest sub.

If the starters – Kobe and Bynum and Gasol are off the Lakers struggle

Yeah, this is bull shit

I was a Lakers fan before there was a Sacramento team. Once we got a team, I was a Kings fan and a Lakers fan. I was a Laker’s fan every night except when they played the Kings. After Magic retired, I stopped being a Lakers fan.

I have no problem with Sacramento residents being Lakers fans, but they really should be Kings fans on those 3-4 nights a year where their home team plays that other team, unless they are SoCal born. Then at least they have an excuse.

Take the Cavs and Lakers to OTs

Both games winnable, but the young dudes will have lots of learn from playing the NBA’s elite.

Not for nothing but....

Kings were up 101-94 in the first OT subbed Evans back in and it was all lakers, gotta give PW a little blame for this loss, he has been gerat all year but the last two games I have not liked not calling a to with the ball and a chance to win the game. Kings are fun to watch and on the rise.

that position where reke fell to the ground and passed the ball to the lakers, i think made the difference. evans has got to call a time out their and that pau gasol tip in would have been irrelevent.

Kobe can ice his head in front of the cameras….once Brockness T-bags him next week.

I still think we can take some of these top tier teams….they don’t look flash….don’t matter, we take them in their home court in a few games.

Bring on Cavs, Fakers, Orlando etc etc….actually I think we would learn a lot from playing Boston….

again, not referees fault

but with a minute to go in 1st OT, Kings up 3. Why the F was JT not shooting when he was fouled? Gutless call, as he was clearly shooting. Make those FT’s win the game. Anyone else think the same thing?

Kobe Choke, but Tip in.

2 OT
not so good. From about 2:30 to go in 1st OT with Kings up 101-94 to the end of 2nd OT, [Redacted] went on an 18-2 run. Tough loss.

And Box score thoughts

Poor game for Tyreke, but I’m sure he earned some serious respect tonight:
9-23, 0-4 from 3, 0-0 FTs(ouch), 18 points, 5 boards, 2 assists, 5 TOs.

JT fought hard, but not a good line:
4-12, 10 points, 6 boards, 2 stl and fouled out.

Spencer(why didn’t he get more burn? 31 minutes?):
4-14(ouch), 8 points, 7 boards(in 10 less minutes than JT!), 7 assists!

Omri did not shoot wel(5-14)l, D’ed up well enough. 2nd career double double(15 and 10).

Donté fucking only King with a + +/- @ +9 Greene(That’s his new nickname):
6-12, 2-4 3s, 5 boards, 3 stl, 2 blk, 16 points and OMG defense on that one guy!

Beno very nice game but I prefer your energy and scoring off the bench, but I agree with starting you in this game because you are greater than Derek Fishman Udrih(That’s his new nickname):
10-19, 3-7 3s, 4 boards, 6 ast, 2 stl, 23 points. Very nice.

Bron Jockman: 1 point, 9 boards, 21 minutes, nice effort.

Ime, Very nice D on that one guy: 4-8 for 11 points. Nice game.

Sean May – DNP Strained Hamstring? What were they running out of Big Macs and May had to put on a burst of speed?

Very fun game, damn it, 2nd game in a row against a title contender that we really should’ve won, but we came up short. Love this team and love the effort and my reaction is wow, I can’t believe how well we’re playing, but I really wish we’d won this one, or the last one. Okay, I wish we had won them both.

Time for a big win on STR Night!

And 1

Anyone that complains about any Kings player complaining about calls, has either never watched a non-Kings game or is just clueless.

I will start worrying about JT/Spencer complaining about calls the day Tim Duncan stops complaining about every missed shot and every foul ever called on him.

JT and Spencer were very non-complainy tonight. Unlike Sash, Kobe, Pau, Lamar, and so on and so on and so on.

But, the point is valid. Kings players don’t complain any more than 90% of the other NBA players.
