"When talent is roughly equal," said Westphal, "the competitive guys win. You have to have that in this league. Here's a perfect example: We (the Phoenix Suns) drafted Tim Perry and Dan Majerle the same year (1988). Now, if you get a stopwatch for down and back (baseline to baseline sprint), Tim Perry was faster than Dan Majerle. That's a fact. But if you had them race, Dan Majerle won. I can't explain it. Somehow, he had that drive, that fire, something inside him. If you have enough guys like that, your team starts winning again."

Now if only our Bruins can shoot that well. :P Bring on KANSAS!!!
Really stoked Ime made that play. He does so many little things that help us win. I hope he finds his stroke back so he can hit his 2 or 3 jump shots a game. Go Kings.
33 Wins. Yeah, I said it.
yea, if only our bruins could shoot like that...
we wouldn’t have soo many issues against the zone. :) going to be a long season, especially with gordon’s transfer. i hope anderson develops, but he hasn’t looked very good this year. hopefully he’ll develop a decent shot. he also looks much, much slower than last year (not sure if it has something to do with his injury or if it is due to the added pounds that he’s put on since last year). at least the frosh will get to play a ton this year.
we’ll probably get killed, but i’m watching the entire kansas game. win or lose, we’re still bruins! :)
