Kevin out until at least mid-January
Kevin Martin is scheduled to see the doctor Jan. 12 and will not play until after that date, according to the Kings Twitter page.
That means he's going to miss at least six more games and makes his earliest possible return Jan. 15 at Philadelphia, the start of a six-game road trip crammed into nine days. They play at Washington the following night and at Charlotte two nights later.
If he returns Jan. 15, he could still play in the team's final 45 games of the season.
I hope this schedule holds up, because it's time to begin the next phase of the Kings rebirth.

How about..
You hope he comes back and stays healthy… and plays an entire season. I mean, that’d be nice right?

I don't mind
Just get all the way healthy. Don’t come back if you’re not 100%. When Kevin’s ready, we’ll get the ball rolling. The team has been doing a great job without him, waiting a couple more games is not going to hurt.

I'm with Ed
I am willing to wait a few weeks to make sure his wrist is not rushed.
serious, Kevin is pretty much the slowest healer of all time
2.5 months with a slight fracture in your non-shooting wrist? Ugh. Just get healthy already!
I just hope Kevin keeps working out, maybe takes some scrimmage and practice with some kind of protective brace, so that he won’t be in bad shape when he does return. Because that 6 games in 9 nights after he comes back is gonna be killer, and we are gonna need him, especially if the next 2 weeks don’t go so well.
I just have a feeling this month is gonna break us. I’m gonna send Kev some calcium and vitamin D supplements. Hurry back dude!

Let’s hope he can get into basketball shape ASAP!
awesome video! why can't at least wear a brace?
Either in a game or practicing with the team. He and Evans need as much time together as they can get, if only to prove the pundits wrong.

Tyreke is doubtful today vs the [Redacted]
I wonder if Grant now considers him soft.
