Is Bosh available in an Amare 3-team deal?

TOR: Amare
PHX: Amare package (Upgraded due to availability rumors)
???: Bosh

The link has Chicago as the team acquiring Bosh, but if the return is Bosh instead of Amare, does that change the package that we'd be comfortable with Petrie offering to PHX? Would that package beat Gooden/Thomas/Pick/+?
