So....Roster reMix
Are we going to keep andres nocioni? I love how he plays So much effort, he never lacks heart, i hope we keep him, but his contract is killiing me!!! So what do you guys think we should do with him?
Oh and if you think we should trade him to who and for what, and none of this, Andres nocioni for LeBron or DWade their respective teams will never do that, like we wouldn't trade k-Mart for him.

Great fanpost, rec'd!
The depth of your arguments, the flowery prose – I can do little more than sit here in admiration.
Please, don’t ever leave.

but srsly dude, wtf wit da fanpost? it like u not even trying to bring some realness to da forum, u just posting the 1st thing that cums out of your mind with no disregard for any thing in ur way, and your like what? what! and I’m like your Mom is fat, but she don’t play dat cause Nociono’s got big nuts and we be like illing on the 45 creep chilling word to your moms. fo real do, you don’t think we could trade Nocioni for Wade? cause I think, you know, packaged with Kenny Thomas’s expiring contract it’ll be the best offer Miami can get in the market, cause wit Jermaine O’Neal expiring they can then afford to go after two guys in the summer of ‘10, you know like Lebron, Bosh, Stat, Wade… oh wait. I see now why u don’t want us to trade for Wade or Lebron, cuz u wnat us to sign dem in the summa of ‘10 well kewl that sounds like a great plan I’m on board sign me up put da pen to the paper do it why hasn’t it been done yet I’m gettingantsythisneedstobedonealreadysoIcanmoveonwithmylifeand

are you crazy?
The Heat or the Cavs will never trade their stars to the kings, even if we put k-mart, the number 1 pick and Andres Nocioni they still wouldn’t give us wade or LeBron. Both of them in the runnings for MVP for more than 1 year. How would it be smart for the Heat to give up wade? If anything they keep wade and use him to attract Chris bosh to Miami. Rather than try to bring two stars whom never played for the heat. And now with the Cavs playing so well LeBron will never leave. You must be nuts to think we could trade for 2 of the top 7 players in the game. (and k-mart isn’t in the top 10)

I think you underestimate the connection that shadowchicken and I have. So many times (well, ok a few times) he’s posted and I’ve invariably found myself nodding my head in agreement, based on the depth and breadth of his arguments.
Bottom line is, I don’t think the rest of you yahoos here really understand where the chicken and I are coming from.

Ok, that's enough of that
Did you see John Salmons last night? Nice overall game, but he busted out his patented “get stripped in the lane at the most inopportune time” move, which led to Wade’s game-winner in double overtime.
I’m really rooting for John, but I think Chicago just got a taste of one of his…erm…weaknesses.

Nope
I’ve been preoccupied. (I had a long weekend at work. I didn’t go to class yesterday, or today for that matter, since it hasn’t started yet.) And, umm, yeah, everything else has suffered. That, and keeping up with the Kings is very hard as is.

Ha ya I saw that.
I also saw that he was -6 for a close game. The guy really doesn’t help his team much other than scoring. We’ve been playing a lot better without him.

24 shot attempts and 0 assists, wow.
The Bulls’ assist to turnover ratio = 13:22. That looks familiar.

On defense, yes
but offensively, I will take Martin every time. The guy can draw fouls like no one else in the game. Why everyone consistently falls for it is a conundrum.

That play was #1 in the NBA countdown.
What saddened me was Hinrich and Rose (I think) rushing down to try and stop Wade and when Wade rose for the shot, they visibly slumped, looking like they knew the ballgame was over.

As I understand it,
The essence of this post:
“I didn’t think I’d like Nocioni, but he does bring a lot to the table despite his bloated contract. Do we keep him? And if we trade him, what could we realistically trade him for?”
My answer:
We keep him for now (the forseeable future). It seems like he fits as well here as he possibly could anywhere else, so no great offers are likely to be on the table.
I’m with lttg: y’all are harsh.

Based on my field studies,
The following dialect should serve as a conversion for more easily understood urban-suburban relations:
Whip – Automobile
Crib – Residence
Flossin’ – Looking confident and emmiting smugness while driving
Trippin’ – Getting upset or displaying unbelievable behavior
Skeet – Umm…We’ll save this one for later.
