If they do not bring back Fesenko, the Jazz could risk watching him blossom in Sacramento, where [Kyrylo] Fesenko's former agent, Jason Levien, is now the Kings' assistant general manager.

Great shotblocker/rebounder
Not sure on his offense at this point, but could be a Przybilla-style third big. Thorpe has always raved about him.
Wonder if Fesenko
would be willing to go back to Thorpe if he signed with the Kings?

I think we can expect to see a number of our guys going to Thorpe. Levien’s clients have a history of training with him. Now, Levien’s our second in command. It really makes no sense for this not to happen. I can definitely see at least JT and/or Donte going.

Both would be nice

If you go back to the pre-draft threads,
TZ had a little man crush on him (and he wasn’t alone).
For $870,000, the only reason the Jazz don’t pick up his option is because Sloan doesn’t want him and O’Connor doesn’t want to pick a fight over it. The Jazz will need cheap filler at the end of their bench next year, and Fesenko at least fits that bill.

7'1/300lbs?
Seems like I’m not the only one around here that’s never seen this guy play. But assuming he isn’t a total stiff, those are some interesting digits.
Wait, what did Greg Ostertag weigh, again?
Rocks are free, and slingshots easily stolen.
It looks like 'Tag weighed exactly the same as Miller, Songaila, Barnes and Webber

And is it just me, or did they use Bibby’s head for Darius?

'04-'05 Kings
This is the only set of Bobbleheads that I own. The year Divac, Christie, and Webber left. The year Kenny Thomas and Greg Ostertag came. A 4-1 playoff loss to the Sonics. I bet this set goes for big bucks on eBay. I forgot I had this. Why was I worried about my decrease in my 401k?
I have
the set with Bibby, Stojakovic, Pollard, Christie, and I have two Divacs to go with it. Good times.

I have every one of the Kings Carl Jr. bobbleheads.
Multiples of many of them.

You are a scary (little/big) man

My dad is retired so he used to stand in line and get them for me.
Eventually I will have a Man Cave filled with all of my cool A’s, 9ers, Kings memorabilia- I’m submitting plans now for the room addition. Surround sound, big screen, pool table, Barry Zito River Cats bobblehead next to a Kings babooshka (Divac, Webber,Peja, Christie, Bibby I think), next to autographed still shots of Adam Sandler v. Bob Barker fight scene from Happy Gilmore.
Hot dogs, get your hot dogs.
The ultimate man room JJ
Good luck with that.

That sounds amazing

Price is no object
I want a Keon Clark bobblehead. And given that he was 7 feet tall and weighed 200 pounds, the actual Keon Clark will suffice.

I have a devil of a time keeping it away from my blow.

All right, now
I will hear no ill will tolerated toward Keon.

I have seen him play
I watched Fesenko’s NBA debut against the Lakers in 2007.
I remember these highlights from that recap as well:
Fesenko, the 7-foot-1 Ukrainian picked up by the Jazz in a draft-day trade, was a fan favorite by the end of the night. He posted up Mihm, then made a turnaround bank shot for his first NBA points. He added a dunk at the end of the first quarter off a pass from Kirilenko and had to leave briefly in the second half after Mihm’s elbow caught him in the eye and drew blood.
Fesenko got another loud ovation when he returned — with a puffy right eye — in the fourth quarter.
Overall, from what I saw in a few Jazz games I concur with TZ – he’s a terrific rebounder but limited offensively. Hollinger agrees.
"Have you guys ever seen the movie, ‘The Terminator?’ That’s what that kid is like. That kid has no facial expressions. He just plays and it’s like every kid out there on him is like Sarah Connor, and he’s just going to take his time and kill him ... That kid is good." - Pat Knight referring to Blake Griffin
"He posted up Mihm..."
A similar statement could be “He posted up the bobblehead of Ostertag…”
Again, I’d like Fesenko here. But if posting up Mihm is the lead in for your resume…
