Anaheim Kings?
There is growing concern in the Kings organization that if their arena issue isn't resolved, they could end up leaving Sacramento for Anaheim, according to a league executive.
Anaheim, which has successfully hosted Lakers exhibition games and Clippers regular-season tilts, has wanted a team of their own for quite some time.
The Lakers and Clippers, however, could challenge the league for territorial rights fees, with Anaheim being one of their major supporting markets.

$ome minor detail$
The $taples Center and the Honda Center are 30 mile$ apart. The King$ would mo$t likely have to pay the Laker$ and the Clipper$ for infringing on their territorial right$.
Furthermore, there i$ a $300 million relocation fee due to the NBA when a move like thi$ take$ place.
Then there i$ the matter of the $70-$80 million loan that the King$ have with the City of $acramento.
It ju$t doe$n’t add up that the King$ would be moving to Anaheim any time in the near future. It ju$t doe$n’t make financial $en$e.

It also smacks of a Boston reporter
Filling in news because he had the opportunity. The actual news of that was old; the problem was simple. The more interesting note was that the Pacers had lost 200 Million since 1983 (like I care), and how that meant they were likely to be moving sometime soon. Personally, I don’t think the Pacers are moving. That’s just me though.
No mistakes in the tango, darling. Not like life. Simple. That's what makes the tango so great. If you make a mistake, and get all tangled up, you just tango on.....

From what I read...
the relocation fee Memphis paid, and OKC is rumored to have paid, was ~$60 million. Even at that number, with the other costs you point out, it doesn’t add up.

Couldn't have said it better.
Financially, it makes sense to stay in Sacramento in the long run.
