PrintNot exactly King-related, but what does everyone think of Marty Mac's departure on March 29th from the Bee as announced in today's paper? I was never a huge fan of his writing, and I was bored to death reading his endless in-depth coverage of HS basketball. Any warm and fuzzy memories of his stories or scintillating interviews with Napear on Sports-Line? Any job leads for the man? Brilliant journalist and chronicler of our Kings? Or not?

The
only thing I’ve liked from him was when he went on Sportsline and got in an argument with Peaches, making Peaches hang up on him. Good stuff.
They've done studies, you know. 60% of the time it works, every time.
