Fox Sports on MSN reports:
If Kenny Natt has a chance to keep the Kings' coaching job for next season, he will have to make the most of the rare practice time his team will have this week.
<!-- FOXBITE -->
With seven new players being added just before the trade deadline and enough talent to possibly improve the team's woeful record, Natt's squad has just one game in the coming week and should have ample time to improve the chemistry and execution with the new mix.
The Kings, who lost at Utah on Saturday night, host Indiana on Tuesday and don't play again until hosting Denver on March 8.
Natt's situation remains dire in terms of his job prospects, as the team is just 7-30 since he took over for Reggie Theus on Dec. 15.
According to the Sacramento Bee, the Kings have already secured the option of keeping Natt next season for just under $2 million on a one-year contract. They have until May 1 to decide whether to pick up the option."
I'm interested in hearing from the fans here what your assessment of what the chemistry was before the trade, now, and what impact, if any, the Gooden move will have on team chemistry. Is chemistry necessary at this point , or should Natt concentrate on execution? What happened to Detroit after the Billup's trade- was that bad chemistry? Which guys here have the leadership potential, who are the role players, and who might be disruptive? I don't know and I'm asking.
