John Wall has not declared for the 2009 NBA draft, but in case he should decide to do so, I'd like to let David Stern know ahead of time that we in Sacramento would like to see a ruling go in favor of John Wall being eligible to enter.
Thus, I have decided to start an online petition, located here. Maybe if we get enough signatures, it'll generate some excitement for everyone involved. I'm not sure how to let Mr. Stern (or anyone who matters) know about our petition, but perhaps TZ or someone else does.
