Hey Ricky!

Sing to the tune of Tony Basil's "Hey Mickey".  If it helps, you can imagine me singing it while wearing the cheerleading outfit.

Oh Ricky, you're so fine
You're so fine, you blow my mind, hey Ricky, hey Ricky
Oh Ricky, you're so fine
You're so fine, you blow my mind, hey Ricky, hey Ricky
Oh Ricky, you're so fine
You're so fine, you blow my mind, hey Ricky...

Hey Ricky
You've been pro since 16 and that's a little long
I think you've got the skills and a Griffin pick is wrong
Why can't we pick it right? So you can win us some games, Ricky

Cause you’re like the next J-Will, or maybe even Kidd
You're givin' me the chills, Ricky, please Ricky don't
Don’t let the ping-pong balls leave me with Thabeet, Ricky

Oh Ricky, what a pity, they don't understand
You take me by the heart when you pass with your left hand
Oh Ricky, you're so pretty, can't they understand
It's guards like you, Ricky
Ooh when you pass Ricky, shoot Ricky
Don't double dribble, Ricky

Hey Ricky
Now when we take you with the pick...who’s ever gonna know
Every time you move a little more talent you show
There's something you can use, so don't say no, Ricky

So come on and get to Sacto anyway you can
Anyway we pick you, you’ll be the man
Oh please Ricky, please don't leave me with Thabeet Ricky

Oh Ricky, what a pity, they don't understand
You take me by the heart when you pass with your left hand
Oh Ricky, you're so pretty, can't they understand
It's guards like you, Ricky
Ooh when you pass Ricky, shoot Ricky
Don't double dribble, Ricky

But, umm, 4 rec’d fanposts at the same time? Record’s galore sir.

Fact check a song?

Nevermind bro. I love the song, and the work.

Oh

And I don’t do it for the records and the rec’s. I do it for the love of the game. Now just don’t ask about any performance enhancing drugs, cause I’m here to talk about the future. Not the past.

Jokes aside, thanks to everyone who likes my writing and stupid comedy.

I refuse to "rec" this,

as I now have that f*cking song bouncing through my head. And you better never us “Come on Eileen,” either.

Seems like you should be the one to write that one

Let me tinker with it though.

How about...

“We Got Thabeet” sung to the Go-Gos “We Got The Beat”. Exhibit can handle the lyrics…

Seems to be a lot of Thabeet requests

We Got Thabeet and Come On Hasheem have both been requested so far.

Let me put it this way, I don’t want to create a great opus about Thabeet mostly because I don’t want to screw up anything before the lottery. Doesn’t seem like it would change anything, but the universe works in mysterious ways.

In time, perhaps I’ll put something out.

Thabeet Goes On

Since I got mocked for my Kenny Loggins reference, I thought that I would take it all the way back to Sonny and Cher.

I'm probably the only one

But I recognized him first as the convenience clerk from “Juno.” And by only one, I meant recognized him as the clerk guy, and not from his other more famous roles.

Ha!

For that to happen I’d have to be ridiculously drunk. Don’t get me wrong, I’m willing to get ridiculously drunk, but you wouldn’t be able to understand what I was saying and you wouldn’t want to listen to me screeching.

You & Ex G should have a funny contest

An StR comedy-off, or some bullshit title like that. The key point is lotsa funny.

If it's quality that you're looking for, then G beats me hands down

However, if you’re looking for quantity – painful, repetitive quantity – I’d bury him.

Ah, but see...

True comedy comes from the set-up. And there’s never, in the history of human beings, been a better set-up than “painful, repetitive quantity.”

80's?

I’d recommend Skid Row’s “18 & Life”

Ricky was a young boy,
He had a heart of gold…

18 and life, you got it,
18 and life to go…

Hopefully, Rubio doesn’t shoot his friend after drinking heavily.

1) you made her dumb song important again, and improved the lyrics
2) she wants the skirt and pom-poms back
