Half of the chat is about the playoffs and half about the upcoming draft. There's some interesting stuff on Griffin, Rubio, Thabeet, Blair, Evans, and other prospects

Ford
Interesting info on Griffin.
Aside from that, Ford has always bugged me. He’s got so much inside insight on these players, but it seems like he decides that a really convoluted possibly exists, and then sticks with them. For example, that the Knicks might draft Curry because he’s friends with LeBron? C’mon Chad…
Never forget: I am a complete idiot

Chad Ford: I just spent the day with him in San Francisco on Monday. All I can say is wow. The physical tools are amazing and the workout he goes through everyday is the most grueling I’ve ever seen. Griffin looks like he’s training to be a Navy SEAL. However, what was really impressive was the basketball part with former Spurs head coach Bob Hill. He’s much more skilled offensively than you think. Excellent ball handler and nice stroke with some three point range. And he’s a nice, grounded kid with a very cool family. I was super impressed.

No mistakes in the tango, darling. Not like life. Simple. That's what makes the tango so great. If you make a mistake, and get all tangled up, you just tango on.....
Bear in mind...
That this is the same Chad Ford that thought Darko Milicic was going to be the best European player ever….worth mentioning.
But that notwithstanding….I am of the opinion that IF the Kings do get the 1st Pick THEN we absolutely must pick Blake Griffith. All indications point to him being a strong to quite strong NBA power forward for the next 10 -15 years. Rubio would be awesome but this should be less of a debate than Duran vs Oden a couple years ago….plus I’m not convinced in Thompson or Hawes enough to pass on the opportunity to have BG anchor the Kings frontcourt for the next decade. (..and bang on Pau and Bynum very soon too).
