Kings won't rush coaching decision, Petrie in Europe to see Rubio

If we believe Joe, EJ is not getting an offer anytime soon and it looks like the Kings front office has some interest in Ricky Rubio

And, even though I literally had just put out a piece that basically said that Petrie is going to push for Jordan (and I think it’s possible that Joe might be talking to say something), and might do so as early as tomorrow, it was always likely that he would wait until he come back to make the final offer.

I think this comes down to 2 things really with EJ. One, the roster situation, and exactly what kind of money the Maloof’s really offer him. If he gets 2 mil for 4 years, he might consider the Kings a far better situation than 4 million for 3 years in Philly.
