2009 StR Community Draft Board: Pick #20

Blake Griffin, Ricky Rubio, Brandon Jennings, Tyreke Evans, Hasheem Thabeet, Stephen Curry, Ty Lawson, James Harden, Jrue Holiday, Demar DeRozan, Jonny Flynn, Jordan Hill, Jeff Teague, DeJuan Blair, Earl Clark, Eric Maynor, Terrence Williams, B.J. Mullens and Tyler Hansbrough are off the board in the first 19 positions on our board.

Reminder: THIS IS NOT A MOCK DRAFT. This is draft board, a list with the order of prospects you'd like to see the Kings pick. In other words, if we were the Kings front office, when our pick came up, we'd take the top name left on our board. So pick your choice, not who you think Petrie or anyone else would choose in a slot.

Explain your choice in the comments, and lobby for who should be added to the next pick's choices. Poll will remain open until 8 AM PDT on Thursday.

Did Danny Green fall off the board

due to lack of votes or a slip of the mind?

The former

unless it was the latter. He’ll be back tomorrow.

Going Lawal here again

I think he’s definitely the best prospect in relation to the Kings needs. I don’t know if he’s the most talented BPA, but, he does have a significant amount of talent.

But I’ll suspect James Johnson will go off the board because he’s ranked quite a bit higher on most mocks out there.

Can a Johnson get a little love here?

Sorry.

Going with the Zohan, Omri Casspi, yet again.

I voted for the Zohan too!

won't someone grab Section's Johnson?

it is #20 and Johnson has been seen to rise and fall. I think this time he will stay up

Gerald Henderson.

I could live with Darren Collison if #4 isn’t a point guard (highly unlikely). I think he’ll be on offense as a pro – he’s a great shooter when he’s set. Ugly form, but it works. I could see him stepping back on Pick & Rolls with Thompson and lighting it up from the perimeter.

James Johnson

Too good. I like Calathes too but since he’s going to Europe next year, I would take Johnson here without question

I've got to go Chase.

The kid is a great athlete who can take the ball in or pull up for a tre. Unfortunately we already have 17 players on the Kings playing the same position. I would like Chase if we could eventually get rid of Noc.

Ike Diogu> James Johnson > Chuck Norris

James Johnson doesn’t have Ike’s hot tub cred.
