He may want a head coaching position

But I have a feeling he’s going to have to be an assistant first. Who knows, if he sits out a year, maybe he’s added to the staff the following season?

With the 4th pick in the 2009 NBA Draft, the Sacramento Kings select Rickeke Flynenningday, point guard from Europe, Memphis, Syracuse, UCLA and Parts Unknown.

Think he doesn't want to take a pay cut

He’s still getting paid by Phoenix right now. Don’t know if that will still happen if he gets hired by another team.

Yeah I'd agree with Aykis here

Gotta be that more than anything else. Would you want to coordinate a defense of this team? Yeah, I wouldn’t either.

Most likely his contract with Phx would still pay him even if he gets other work

I think he realizes that with our personnel, his cache as a defensive guru could only suffer.

I think more than anything he's getting paid to do nothing,

and he knows he can find an assistant job somewhere even after a year and a half off. Its nice to have guaranteed contracts.

There now I've met the 75 word count. -pookeyguru

That's my dream scenario

To be paid large sums of money to do nothing, or anything.

That’s it if I ever saw it.
