I don't totally buy it
I don’t think the Maloofs were too worried about another SVG situation just because Philly, the only other team with a coaching vacancy, wanted to interview the most attractive candidate.

a) to report this if it were the case.
b) when he reports Westphal is the front-runner.
Also, Casey was tied to Philly, not Sacramento.

If it's true
The Magoofs are bigger morons than they appear to be. They have cut off their noses to spite their face several times now, and this would be a crushing blow to their credability if it is true. Too bad for Kings fans…
