Right now it appears that Oklahoma City is leaning towards picking Rubio and keeping him as a trading chip to potentially use this summer. A few sources we spoke with mentioned that they still expect Rubio to end up in New York when it’s all said and done.
Oklahoma City is also active in trade talk with Phoenix, with their main target appearing to be Robin Lopez. They are reportedly offering Phoenix their 2010 unprotected pick back in return for Lopez, but that seems like a very high price for the Suns to pay.
Sacramento seems to be leaning towards Tyreke Evans from what we’re hearing, and may have even told him as much.

I don't see that as a high price
Lopez didn’t impress me this year. He was picked what, 15th? That’s probably where OKC’s pick will be next season. Probably not a bad idea to roll the dice again in 2010.
Picking Rubio to trade him is probably the smart thing to do.
Doesn't really matter where he was drafted
But how he performed as a rookie. You’d have to say he was at the least in the top 3 of the rookie class – and good young bigmen have some value.
With the 4th pick in the 2009 NBA Draft, the Sacramento Kings select Rickeke Flynenningday, point guard from Europe, Memphis, Syracuse, UCLA and Parts Unknown.
Brook was top 3 as a rookie
Robin, who plays for Phoenix, was kind of disappointing. Don’t know if it’s worth trading the pick back for especially since Phoenix may be a lottery team again.
I'm done with all the speculation
Only an hour to go and I’m just gonna chill, eat something, and get myself ready for a crazy thread
zzzzzzzzzzz
Givorny is bigger tool than Chad Ford. At least Chad Ford checks his sources. Givorny posts rumors like the Portland TrailBlazers could be trading Greg Oden for a top 5 pick. Really?
BOOK IT!
Presti
you’ve already hijacked an entire city’s team, can you please just let us have our guy? Have you no soul?!

Good luck
Not going to get a better deal than what is on the table right now. Good luck having Westbrook prepare at SG while Rubio is at PG while you are activity shopping Rubio. Pretty much you will waste Westbrooks entire summer of development and may never get the deal you were expecting.
