This is the team that traded Brandon Roy for Randy Foye
…I bet they trade Rubio.
by discocricket on Jun 25, 2009 6:06 PM PDT up reply actions
My guess
Flynn will make less. They could have went flynn-rubio. I think they’re trading Rubio, maybe to NY in a multi-team deal.
Another way to look at it
If you’re keeping Rubio, you want him to be happy (especially with his buyout).
Hard to say.
Next Picks -
16 – Blair?
17 – Lawson?
18 – Mullens?
19 – Johnson?
20 – Young?
What about Holiday and Teague?

Surprised Hansbrough went before Lawson
but I don’t watch much college BBall.

Just
got back from the store ….
on KHTK, Peaches was saying that Jerry Reynolds was talking to Larry Bird yesterday, and he said that “you guys need to take Tyreke Evans, cause he’s a MONSTER”
Take that for what it’s worth.
If you're not first ... you're last.

Monster
I think Evans will be a Monster. Everyone who is mad at this pick will be very happy in a few years. There is a reason why we sit on the couch and watch the draft.
He'll be a monster when he
dishes out assists left and right. until then I view him as a john salmons run the clock down then let me try and take my man off the dribble.
I like Dickie V...
but I hate him telling NBA people what kind of players these kids will be. It doesn’t always translate Dickie.
Slam Online’s Lang Whitaker tweeted from the NBA Draft a rumor that would see the Timberwolves send Ricky Rubio to the Knicks for Nate Robinson and rookie Jordan Hill.
If you're not first ... you're last.
And why
would the Wolves want Flynn AND Robinson?
"geez its like this site is so serious i jus wanna git mai opinyons on tha Kings out there ok" - TZ
that doesnt make any sense either.
Nate doesnt do anything for them. Already have their point.
Cain is Able ...
Vitale going on record that Curry
is the superstar steal of draft.
Warriors will have him, Monte, and likely Amare? Going to be interesting ….
Vitale has to say that
Curry was the face of College Basketball…
"geez its like this site is so serious i jus wanna git mai opinyons on tha Kings out there ok" - TZ
Curry was drafted for the Suns-
Bucher is an idiot and his graphic was incorrect. The Phoenix war room erupted when Curry was available. He is going along with Biedrins, Belinelli and Azuibuke for Amaré and maybe some other pieces.

Months of discussing if we would take
Rubio over Griffin should we get the number one.
If we get the #2 it seemed like a no brainer.
We drop to #4 and speculate if we can trade up to get Rubio.

I guess Beno still has a job.

Players STILL left that I Like for the Kings:
Blair, Calathes, Llull, Budinger, Leo Lyons, Patty MIlls, Danny Green, Sam Young, Pendergraph, De Colo, AJ Price and Douglas
Kings rule! (They are royalty - right?)
Dalt
I’ll give you props. But, somebody at some point is going to have to prove to me that Evans is the pick.
(I can’t get over this.)

I don’t know Pook. I think that only Evans can prove it to ya…
How did you feel after the Hawes pick?

both dalt And john hollinger have evans listed as the third best pick
and discounting hollinger, dalt has him rated as a potential superstar

Can Petrie prove it?
I think the fans are just going to love watching this kid play and develop and he’ll be a multi-position player, I think, as things go along, so we’re really excited about it.
It still says SAC on the tracker... maybe Petrie has rescinded so he can draft the midget...
:)

trade can't be official at this time, so 31 is still ours technically
Personally, Sergio does nothing for me and I’d rather keep it and take Calathes
Knicks bought the Lakers pick...
If Isaiah was still in cahrge it would definitely be Blair… he had a hard on for little PF’s

I really hope we deal Beno and NOC
So we can start and develop Donte and have Casspi backing up
Then Segio can be Evans back up
and BJax says AH What the hey, I’ll take the vet min and stick around for the lulz and Kayte.

No way he makes it to the Kings @ #38

I hope we take Blair at 31 and send him to Portland...
So that someone with bad knees breaks down up there. Cuz that doesn’t happen enough.

Wow
Ironically, nbadraft.net has New York selecting at 29th in their mock draft, not the LA Lakers
Yeah, just now, though
I’ve had this mock draft open since the start
I really Wonder...
if those MRI’s circulating around were really bad
because damn
Blair must be confused
"It's as Ann as the nose on plain's face."
Amazing
After one more pick, Blair will be at best, a SECOND round pick!
Kings rule! (They are royalty - right?)
Maybe we'll land Blair
and find out that he has no ACLs because he’s an alien super-athlete. And we all know that alien super-athletes don’t need no stinkin’ ACLs.

I'm really surprised
Blair has been shooting up in a bunch of mock drafts and has been working out like crazy (lost like 40 pounds and added muscle!)…and he’s slipping BAD! Are his knees THAT bad?
Portland is going to trade to 37 and take blair...

Im out for the night
Threads getting too laggy for me and the girl wants to go out. I’ll be back tomorrow to claim my imaginary T-Shirt. Since Brown is gonna be the 38 pick of course.
Father of the "Natt this!" movement.
I'm surprised you stayed on so long
you are in Mexico and should be drinking and getting laid… and going to a donkey show

Even if
Blair had a horrid MRI – with college numbers like his – this late in the draft you’d think someone would take a risk.
Would you spend a 1st round pick on Malik Rose? Because that is what Blair is… Malik Rose

second round though, non guaranteed money, he will get snatched...

not if i could sign someone for the same price that does the same things and is 4 inches taller

This has been a good draft thus far
Don’t care…
Don't do a lotta things Kings lose
Who would you’ve picked?
Just sayin we need a big man with the next pick
but you’re right, good draft thus far. We got tougher.
NBA is showing Jamie Dixon what they think of his recruiting... hahahahaha
