Hmm it sounds like Rubio is only conducting interviews...
If I remember right Petrie only drafts players who workout for him and usually he likes to see them twice.

So basically if anyone breaks that record
we’re drafting them. Terrific.

The more we find out about the Rubio situation
the more it seems like we’re just being fed misinformation. One source says he’s suing Joventut. The next day we find out it’s just arbitration. One source says he’s visiting Memphis, OKC, Sac and NY. A few days later he may not even be doing team visits at all, and if he does, it’s going to be OKC, Sac and LA.
It’s hard to know who to believe. No wonder everyone is having a hard time figuring out this draft.

Memphis seems to be the only source rebutting these stories. In every article to the contrary the source of information has come from Memphis’s front office.
Suing and arbitration isn’t a huge discrepancy. Different process to resolving a legal dispute. Arbitration is an interesting approach by Rubio’s camp. Typically an arbitrator will ask for an conciliation from both sides, which maybe is all that Rubio’s seeking (to slightly lower the price). However, in US law it’s much more difficult to go back and sue if the arbitrator comes to an unsatisfying conclusion.

I'm not having a hard time figuring out this draft
The reason is I’m not trying to figure out the order. That would be suicide at this point given the havoc Rubio is causing with the order.
