Should We Try To Sign Hedo ?

Hey guys
I was just thinking that we are a young team in need of some leadership on the court and I think that Hedo being an ex King would be a good fit plus he can also run the play to give Evans a run off the ball what do u guys think ?
Also I think K Mart can move to small forward so Evans can play the 2 guard the way the roster is at the moment.

Hedo’s going to want this last big contract. Too many years and too much per year to tie up in a 30+ year old player for this franchise.
And Martin to the small forward? HUH?

No Hedo
Bad timing, he wants a long term big money deal, and we can’t afford him and he wldnt fit in our rebuilding with youth plan. We have a new coach staffing and some new players and we need to see how they mesh this season before we make any big moves. We need to add a big, maybe Diogu or Fesenko from Utah – w/Boozer and Okur opting in, they need to shed some salary and we should be able to pick him up for a reasaonable price.

K-Mart already gets a beat down at sg so being a sf would be out of the question, and for Hedo too old, and too much money. We should be more like the Blazers and just go for young blood. Personally id try to package K-mart and beno for something just to rid of contracts…

we should however try to get odam or ariza… ariza would be a great fit, he is young and he has a lot of talent… odam is a good versitale player too… i think hedo would NOT fit on this kings team and he wil be asking way too much on his pay check

I think Hedo would be a perfect fit.
He could take some of the ball-distributing responsibilities off of Evans and let Evans do what he does best. If only Hedo was 6 years younger….

We have like 3 sf
Noc, Greene, Casspi and Cisco is like a 2.5 (if a SG is a 2 and SF is a 3) do we really want to add another? I would love to get Ariza maybe give up Noc and Cisco for a Back up Center and then try to offer Ariza a contract. Evans, K$, Ariza, JT, Hawes is a great athletic line up, too bad it will never happen
