Landry
I like this guy. He has been solid from the three point line. He’s a strong 6’7" and rebounds well too for a SF. He seems smart too.
Kings rule! (They are royalty - right?)
Yeah he's been impressive
Really wouldn’t mind if the Kings pick him up…but then the 3-4 would be stacked so would he even see playing time?
"It's as Ann as the nose on plain's face."
Yes
No team can have enough marksman from the SF spot. Omri isn’t a 3-pt shooter, neither is Donté. Garcia is but he usually spells Martin or the point guard. When the Kings need a 3-pt bomber, Landry would be a cheap addition. Think Steve Novak

I'm not too worried about it
It’s a skeleton of a new offense taught to them by assistant coaches. I plead the “it’s only summer league” excuse.
No car flags necessary.
20 points at half
i bet everyone will be back on the shock & hawes bandwagon again
KINGS WILL BE 09-10 CHAMPIONS
Hopefully...
people never got off of it in the first place. I just want to see JT or Hawes play with a lil ‘crazy’ in their game and show more than a few new effective post up moves.
No car flags necessary.

Does anyone else like gray jerseys?
Or at least bring back the black roads! I’m personaly tired of all purple uniforms.
Bring back the black
Heard on Sportsline that the NBA wouldn’t let the Kings go back. They did the same for the Magic. Wonder why they let Toronto have a black alternate?
philly has black, miami has black. nba hates sac.

Philly's going old school
to Red and Blue. Like to see more teams go their route. Toronto’s black debuted last season. Spurs, Bulls and Blazers also have black.
wasnt someone calling for a foul cos we had one to give?
and the whole team just watched the shooter go up. . .
that’s hopeless
Donté

I have to say…as much as we all like his personality and think the skill is there… I don’t know if he will ever be a productive player. Not by what he has shown so far.
"It's as Ann as the nose on plain's face."
I agree
I was so sick of all the doubters crying just because he couldnt heat it up in the SUMMER LEAGUE. Big deal Randolph went off for 40 but what else did he do? 3 rebounds???
Most people weren't dissing on J.T. just pointing out there is more upside to Randolph.
This is based on watching both players play during last season. In the very few minutes Randolph received in the games I watched he looked very impressive. With J.T. you’re going to get a solid player for many years, but I don’t see any all-star potential in him. With Randolph if his drive is there he can be an elite player (a better version of Odom).
Ba-da
and F*&^*^!
the NBA for trying to charge money for this! I’ll watch the games for free. Thanks for the links guys!
LOL at the icon
Seeing Joe Klein was bad enough but now you need to add the Snitz. Even worse is knowing there is still an ocean full awful yet beloved Kings 80’s-90’s players portrait icons available.

KINGS WILL BE 09-10 CHAMPIONS
Kings will be 09-10 champions of what league?
the 12th grade intramural league in Sac City?
Evil Cowtown Inc: Screwin' Suckaz over since Nineteen Eighty-Five.....
No mistakes in the tango, darling. Not like life. Simple. That's what makes the tango so great. If you make a mistake, and get all tangled up, you just tango on.....
Uh ohhh
I guess we are not making the summer league playoffs. That sucks, I was hoping for a couple more games of qualoty basketball.
On a serious note, I think this is so cool. Once we don’t win a game a bunch of people here are going to panic *they started already) and start questioning everything about the Kings roster. Looking forward to another month of stup…. mmm…. great fanposts and trade ideas.
The future begins now...
Why did we get blown out in 4th?
Just wondering on what your thoughts are — specifically the guys who actually watched this game. Was it a lack of defensive pressure, or did the team’s legs give out or did we put in scrubs… why did we give up 31 in 4th Q?
Guess I’m hoping that Coachie was trying to experiment / teach something in the 4th, other than the feeling of getting blown out.
I understand you can't foul out
But is a good sign that JT who had the most personal fouls in the league last year is averaging 8PF’s a game so far in the summer league?!? Shouldnt coachie be telling JT to keep his fouling under control?
Nah
I would be worried if it wasn’t for the dleague officiating. At least 4 of the calls on jt were bogus and both him and coachie knew it. He was working hard on D.
Other notes from the second row:
Both Brockman and Casspi are beasts with a lot more skills than expected. Jon has good hands under the basket and him and JT fit nicely together up front. Omris noughness cannot be undersold either. He was fighting for every board and loose ball. He needs to work on his brakes and adjust to the NBA rules but he is gonna be a solid player.
