I hope that we don't play New Orleans
In one of the last three games of the season.

Nailed it, boss.
Still, one’s appetite was whetted by those ridiculous numbers he put up, in concert with his reputation as a complete beast in practice. Best of luck to him, hope he at least gets to show whether he can really play or not.
Rocks are free, and slingshots easily stolen.
I think
Byron Scott will nail him to the end of the bench like he did to Brandon Bass. Not sure New Orleans is Ike’s best destination.
BOOK IT!
Good move for Nawlins in my opinion
They really needed some front court depth now they have Okafor and West starting and Armstrong and Diogu as backups. That’s a solid, albeit undersized frontcourt.

True.
Okafor and West play much bigger than they appear to be. Glad N’Orleans is surrounding CP3 with better talent. I look forward to watching them play.

Bye Ike!
I hope that Curly Bill doesn’t shoot you in the after life for not wearing a red sash.

TZ, how about a Ike vs. May stats line in the side bar.
May be more interesting then the Kings win/loss numbers throughout the season.

I'm pretty sure the most important numbers for these guys from the team's standpoint
are their paychecks.

How is it that...
…this kid has been on 5 teams in 5 years? What is it about him that has GM’s shipping him off as fast as they possibly can? Is he a problem in the locker room? Bad work ethic? Whatever it is, NBA teams are always looking for a quality big man who is athletic and can rebound. So why is it that so many teams have given up on this guy so FAST? Petrie preferred an oft injured May over Diogu. And Geoff never showed the slightest sign that he had ANY desire to retain Ike. Almost made it clear that he didn’t want anything to do with him. Just makes me wonder what it is that is turning off these GM’s so fast…
Another year, another chance to hope for the team !!
However -
Petrie was quoted in the off season that he liked Diogu…a lot. My bet is that it came down to dollars and cents. May was probably at least $3 million less than Digou in annual pay and term.
