SI's Re-Order of the 2004 Draft Class
The SI brain trust bumped Speed up to 7 with him playing beside Steve Nash. Could he have been the missing link to Phoenix's failed championship run?

I found it very interesting
that they choose Ben Gordon at 5 and K$ at 7. I can understand Deng ahead of K$ out of defensive prowess and his high ceiling (atleast 2 years ago). But would you really rather have Ben Gordon than Kevin Martin??? I don’t see the reasoning. Isn’t Kevin just as good a 3pt shooter? Isn’t he one of the BEST at drawing fts? Both are equally inadequate defenders. The only benefit I see of Gordon is his more natural court vision, but even that hardly makes up for his lack of height as a “natural 2”. I just don’t get it. Why would you rather have Gordon than Kevin Martin????
Screw you Knicks! LBJ to the Kings!!!
I would rather have Gordon than K-Mart any day of the week.

Varejao over Biedrins?
that’s horrible.

I'm with you on that
Biedrins would be much more successful in Cleveland than Varejao would be in Golden State.
SACTOWN ROYALTY - Try our thick creamy shakes!
Varejao is incredibly overrated
Mainly because of the fact that he gets a lot of spotlight playing next to James.

He'd be great as a first big off the bench
But as a starting PF? Come on.
