Spencer Hawes Loves Life as UW Upsets USC
Saw the UW upset of USC on Saturday at Husky Stadium in Seattle. Former Husky Spencer Hawes was leading cheers from the Washington sideline throughout much of the game: pumping the crowd up, pacing back and forth, throwing his hat on the ground in disgust, etc. After UW hit the game-winning field goal in the last few seconds, Hawes put on a show. Look closely for the hilarious chest bump from fellow Husky Nate Robinson.

Rec'd
not because of the post itself, but because of the reaction by the Blazer faithful that it created.
Oh, and thanks for the link Ben. Funny Vid.

It's two songs
Fight on and tribute to troy or something. They play one whenever the offense gains a yard or more and the other whenever the defense gets a tackle(very very very slight exaggeration).

Best Saturday Everrrr!
Thanks for that! U-Dub whuppin’ Chetey Petey was a great thing. Being a Bruin fan I can look at that score over and over again.
October 28th couldn't come soon enough.
if only he cared about the kings winning that much

Not sure we can quite tell how Spence would react to the Kings winning

Boo
Hawes is extremely spirited at Kings games. He screams, he pumps fists, he chest bumps. Spencer Hawes is desperately competitive.
With
I could even see him taking the “too competitive” rout if things go wrong in his career when he’s been in the league for a while.

Yep
Hawes was quite the sourpuss after losses. The young man enjoyed the minutes, but not the season.

As well he shouldn't have

Sorry, I just can't approve of anything in which the Trojans' championship hopes are dashed.
What a bad loss! I was nervous about this last week, because a) I felt WA had been underrated and b) USC just has not looked good for more than one quarter at a time so far this season.
